Privacy Policy
AirPraise is a tool made by GhoSTR. This policy explains what AirPraise does with the information you give it, in plain language on purpose.
What you give us
The notes your guests left, which you paste in or upload as a screenshot. Your email address, so we can send your finished replies. And the voice you pick for those replies.
What we do with it
We send the notes you paste to an AI model, which writes a public reply for each one in the voice you chose. We hold your finished replies on our server until you unlock them. Once you pay, we email your replies to the address you gave us so you can grab them from any device.
What we never do
We never sign in to your Airbnb account. We never scrape Airbnb. We never post, send, or message anything to your guests. Every reply is yours to read, edit, and paste yourself.
Payment
Payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Who else touches your data
A few trusted services make AirPraise work. Anthropic writes your replies, Stripe handles payment, SendGrid delivers your email, and our hosting and database run on Vercel and Supabase. Each one only sees what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Each batch of notes and replies is tied to a short-lived session and ages out on its own. Want yours removed sooner? Email us and we will delete it.
